This is where students, pastors and teachers at the Harvestime International Institute can ask questions and get help .
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. A "ticket" is just a report of an issue or problem.
1. Click on "Open A New Ticket" (blue button on the right)
2. Fill in the form, make sure you have your correct email address.
3. Please describe your problem clearly and concisely.
We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Due to time zones and other issues it may take up to two or three working days to get and answer.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
