The Associate / Diploma in Biblical Ministries is a self-paced programme of Bible and ministry training. It was written for people who are already serving in evangelism and church planting, particularly in low-income countries, and the fees are kept low so that cost does not stand in the way.

How the course works

  1. Create a free account with Log in at the top right of the page.
  2. Open the course and pay the one-time enrolment fee of US$5.
  3. Download the textbook for a subject and study it at your own pace. There are no deadlines.
  4. When you feel ready, pay US$7 to unlock the online exam for that subject, then sit the exam.
  5. Repeat this for each subject. Once you have passed the required exams, you can download your certificate from the course.

Fees can be paid by PayPal or by debit or credit card.

Two optional subjects, Women: A Biblical Profile and Jail and Prison Ministry, are also available.

What you need

A phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection to download the textbooks and sit the exams. On a phone, the free Moodle app (Android and iOS) works well: enter harvestimeinstitute.org as the site address, and you can save textbooks on your phone to read without a connection.
